Step 1 of 2 50% Vendor Guidelines: All vendors will be reviewed prior to acceptance, & placement at the event. Vendors are expected to stay for the entire event. Vendors are responsible for managing their vehicles before, during, and after the event. Vendors are required to bring their own tent, chair, display rack, and/or other display and lighting set-up. Vendors will not have access to electricity. You will have space for a 10×10 tent only. This event will take place rain or shine. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Vendors who cancel prior to August 30th are entitled to a 50% refund. Refunds for cancellations after August 30th are not available as all funds are committed to the production and marketing of the event. All refund requests must be made in writing and received by our office via email. Please cite the reason for withdrawal. Should the event be cancelled due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, vendor fees will be refunded in full within 30 days.
