District Bridges invites the community at large to meet the Ward 1 Community Navigation team. This will be a facilitated conversation about the Navigation program: its impact, successes and challenges. We invite stakeholders, partners and community members to join us for a transparent conversation about our work and for the community to share challenges or concerns that Navigators can attempt to address.
